AVLP 3 - 600kg Vacuum Lifter

This vacuum lifter is designed to lift smooth or rough marble & granite.  Features rugged construction with the added ability to lift and then tilt the stone.  Powered by compressed air.


Features

  • Pneumatic vertical-horizontal tilting from 0 to 90° by pneumatic pistons.
  • Stainless steel vacuum tank ensuring safe pickup in the event of a sudden power break to the vacuum pump.
  • Acoustic and visual alarm system.  Independently powered by a rechargeable 3.7V battery.
  • Slider valve with on & off position for the attachment of material to vacuum pads and release of material from vacuum pads.

    May I get customized over head electrical motor for hydraulic operation Product Code: APCCL and Product Code: AVLP 3 combined pneumatic operation for vacuum with extended cable operator can handle unit from ground for lifting and shift slab from ground to truck for loading and unloading

      Hi Aslam,

      Unfortunately our counterbalance cranes are not suitable to use in conjunction with our AVLP vacuum lifters.  They're more suited to overhead jibs, column mounted jibs, etc.
